Snowmobilers using the trail are asked to please use extreme caution in some areas. Due to the ongoing mild weather, the groomer has finished operating for this season. The markers will be monitored, and in place for the next couple of weeks. Use at your own risk.

Reminders..
……Please use caution when driving on town roads and the trail, this season's ice build up is being cleared off the roads, as it melts.
……Even though temperatures and getting milder, frost is deep in the ground. Keep bleedlines on, or a tap running slowly, if water is not being used for long periods. It has been a challenging year for freeze ups.
…..Thanks to everyone who have paid their 2022 taxes. All taxes are due June 30th. Payment can by made in person, by e-transfer, credit card by phone, cheque and cash. A receipt will be mailed or emailed to you.
…..Monthly Town Council meetings are the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise posted. If you wish to attend in person. Please call or email the Town Office by noon the Friday before.

we will be heading into separation lake on skidoos tomorrrow (Thursday) to complete marking the trail system.

On our journey in groomer last week into separation lake we came across a few spots that had cell phone service, we made signs for these areas and will have them out in those areas to allow travellers to know where they have service.

The trail was groomed to Mulligan yesterday, and in consultation with LTGS this morning, we have been notified that restrictions are lifted on the North Coast Trail to Separation Lake. Groomer will be heading down before the end of the week. Please watch out for the groomer and drive safely.

To all using the trail this weekend, there are a couple of less than ideal spots between Sabbie and Mulligan. Markers are up.
