What does Level 4 mean?

Level 4 does not change Municipal operations. The office will remain open to the public by appointment only. We are working with Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador seeking further clarification of the role of Municipalities in reopening, and what it means for municipal operations. As of today, we are still under the following provincial directive:

Please take notice that 3 Grey Rock trucks will be accessing the Gravel Pit on Tuesday May 12. They have been advised to respect speed signs, watch for pedestrian traffic and not use engine braking.

In accordance with Provincial Health Regulations regarding COVID-19, The North West River Beach Festival cannot happen this year. We look forward to a great 35th year celebration in 2021.
