We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we complete the firebreak pumphouse project. Since the project began in late 2017, a new pumphouse building with new mechanical equipment and remote monitoring has been installed, as well as new wellhead construction and connections to pumphouse. The Mayor, Council and Staff would like to thank all residents and businesses of North West River, Sheshatshiu and Happy Valley-Goose Bay for coming out to last evenings Beach Cleanup. Thanks to SanD construction, and everyone who offered up their vehicles and trailers, and all who offered up their muscles and even their music!! Special thanks to Colin at CRB for donating the food and drinks and more importantly Joanne and the Girls for preparing it. It was so great to see so many people out, young and old. It was an awesome team effort and great job done by ALL!
